What is the threshold for free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over €50.
For orders below €50, shipping costs €5.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Karlstad, Sweden.

We ship to most countries worldwide. A list of excluded countries:

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery times vary by destination.

  • Central Europe: 2-5 days
  • Southern Europe: 5-7 days
  • Outside Europe: 7-10 days

Which carriers do you use?

We ship using DHL and Deutsche Post, depending on destination.

Can I track my order in my country?

Usually, yes. However, tracking availability depends on the local carrier and the country of delivery.

Do you deliver to PO boxes, home addresses or pickup points?

This depends on the local carrier and country. If delivery to your mailbox or home address is not possible, the package will be sent to a pickup point.

Are VAT, duties or taxes included in the price?

For EU countries, everything is included. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

For countries outside the EU, local VAT, duties or customs fees may apply.

What happens if my package is held in customs?

This usually applies only outside the EU. The status will appear in the tracking information. Either the recipient or Comfyballs will be contacted, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Will I have to pay extra fees on delivery?

For EU countries, no.

For non-EU countries, local fees may apply. Packages may be opened for customs inspection and repacked afterward.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the package is registered as shipped, the address cannot be changed.

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

If your package appears lost, please contact customer service. We will investigate the case with the carrier and assist you further.
