Yes. Different series are designed for different use cases:
- Cotton and Comfycel® are commonly used for work and everyday wear, offering all-day comfort and support
- Performance is designed for training and high activity, with fast drying and moisture management
- Briefs offer less fabric and increased airflow, suitable for tight-fitting clothing or those who prefer a more minimal feel
All variants include PackageFront®. The primary difference is fabric type and intended use.

All sizes are true to size. If you normally wear a size Large, we recommend selecting Large. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. The PackageFront® measurement is the same across all sizes. To measure, use a measuring tape and measure directly on your body. Measure around your waist and keep the tape snug, not tight.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products at all processing levels and accessory materials used. If a textile article meets the test criteria, it can be awarded the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 label. This guarantees that a product has been tested and found free from harmful substances, protecting human health from chemicals in fabrics, yarns, and accessories, with stricter criteria than many legal requirements, and categorized by skin contact levels (babies, direct skin contact, minimal skin contact, decorative). It’s a benchmark for textile safety, ensuring textiles are safe for everyday use, even for sensitive individuals.

Comfyballs was developed in Norway to address a common issue with traditional men’s underwear: insufficient support, especially during movement.
All our boxer briefs are ergonomically shaped and made from soft, breathable fabrics with flatlock seams to reduce chafing. The key difference is our proprietary front construction, PackageFront®, which keeps everything supported and lifted away from the inner thighs.
This reduces friction and heat buildup, helping maintain a more stable temperature and consistent comfort throughout the day. Fit and materials have been refined through extensive prototyping to ensure durability, breathability, and shape retention after repeated washing.

Comfycel represents our more premium everyday fabric. Made from a blend of cotton and lyocell, it offers a smoother, more refined feel while remaining breathable and durable. The fabric is slightly more robust and luxurious than cotton, making it perfect for everyday wear when you want something a bit extra.
