For hygiene reasons you can't return products where the packaging has been broken, or in situations where the product does not appear to be saleable. Our products are not considered "in the same condition" if they have been used / tested by the consumer.

How do I return a product or an order?

First you need to contact customer support with the relevant data for your order. This is primarily your order number, name, chosen payment option and delivery adress.

When will I recieve the money for a refund/return?

The money will generally arrive on your account within 1-2 weeks, but smaller delays could be possible due to the way international payment systems integrate with local banks.
