Before you place your order:
Make sure you have entered the right quantities and the correct products in your shopping cart. Select preferred shipping and payment methods.
To ensure your package arrives safely and quickly, it is important that your address and name are clearly marked on your mailbox. If not, there is a risk the package is delivered to the nearest post office/mail collection point instead of to your home. If not collected within two weeks, the package will be returned.
Remember to check that your address, street number, telephone number and email address is correct before you place an order. You will not receive any order confirmation or collection notificaion by email if your email address is incorrect. It is not possible for us to change this info after the order has been placed.
If you have a discount code, enter it in the discount code field on the check-out page. The discount code must be activated prior to finalising the purchase.
