Yes, returns are accepted from all countries. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the seal is unbroken and the item is unused.
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change size or product, please return your order for a refund and place a new order with the desired item. We are working on implementing exchanges in the future.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for underwear where the seal has been broken or the product has been worn. This is standard practice for underwear.
