Delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are 2-5 days for Central Europe, 5-7 days for Southern Europe, and 7-10 days for destinations outside Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on the local carrier. We ship using DHL and Deutsche Post, depending on destination.
Tracking is usually available, but tracking visibility may vary depending on the local carrier and country of delivery. Delivery options such as home delivery, mailbox delivery or pickup points depend on the local carrier. If delivery to a home address or mailbox is not possible, the package will be sent to a pickup point.
Tax, VAT and customs
For EU countries, VAT and all applicable charges are included in the price shown at checkout, and no additional fees apply on delivery. For countries outside the EU, local VAT, duties or customs fees may apply. Packages may be opened for customs inspection and repacked afterward.
If a package is held in customs, this typically applies only outside the EU. The status will appear in the tracking information. Either the recipient or Comfyballs will be contacted, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Delivery addresses can be changed as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the package is registered as shipped, the address can no longer be modified. If a package appears lost in transit, please contact customer service and we will investigate the case with the carrier and assist you further.
