Returns are accepted from all countries. Customers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service first. We will provide return instructions and a return label. Returns can be sent via your local post office or postal service.
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change size or product, please return your order for a refund and place a new order with the desired item. We are working on implementing exchanges in the future.
Return shipping typically takes approximately 5-7 business days. Refunds are processed within 1-2 weeks after the return has been received and approved. Duties, VAT and customs fees paid to local authorities are non-refundable.
If a return is held in customs, this usually applies only outside the EU. The issue will appear in the tracking information. Either the recipient or Comfyballs will be contacted, and we will assist in resolving the issue. If you are contacted directly, please send us a photo of the information you receive.
At this time, returns must include the full order. If an item arrives damaged, please contact customer service immediately and include photos of the damage.
